And today... Off we go to Mexico! More precisely to the Yucatan Peninsula, to an area called Riviera Maya, just a few miles south of Cancun. Besides the fabulous beaches which dispense more comment (looking at the first photo should be more than enough...) I'll would call your traveler's attention to the second photo...
Just take a second to admire the colors of that ocean, clean and crystal waters filled with life...
The coral reefs you can find in the near areas (in particular the one near the Cozumel island) are referenced as some of the best places to go scuba diving in the world.

Wow, these are some amazing pictures. It would be so much fun to actually be there. Thanks for sharing.
Welcome!
And glad you liked them!
Beautiful pictures!
Travelers should doublecheck that their travel insurance covers activities such as scuba diving. Some carriers may categorize diving as an extreme sport, which requires special Adventure Travel insurance. Make sure you understand what you are covered for; and what your travel insurance carrier will and will not allow.
Thanks,
And in fact they should. I'm not 100% sure but I think Padi has an insurance for that matter that is valid for any scuba accident worldwide.
The waves lashing on the beaches and the entire scenario filled up with the cheerful people is something I like to be involved in, and in my pursuit to get informed about such places no doubt Mexico would be one of the front runners. I am soon going to book a Holiday home to get myself involved with this fascinating environment.
